All about Lenovo Z5: Images, Price and Release
Recently, in a presentation in Beijing, Lenovo introduced its new smartphone Lenovo Z5, which, according to the promises of the manufacturer, was to be the first smartphone with a truly full-screen design without a cutout at the top of the display. However, the smartphone still got “monobrow,” and under the display, you see a fairly large indentation of 7.69 mm thick. Also, no 4 TB of flash memory promised by Lenovo was on board the device – there are versions with standard 64 and 128 GB of internal memory.
Of the remaining specifications Lenovo Z5, you can note the 6.2-inch display with a resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels (19: 9, brightness 700 nits), covered with 2.5D glass Gorilla Class and occupying 90% of the front surface. For the processor, Lenovo has picked a 14-nm chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 with graphics Adreno 509, 6 GB of RAM standard LPDDR4, 64/128 GB of internal memory eMMC 5.1, dual main camera with sensors at 16 megapixels (f / 2.0) and 8 megapixel with AI algorithms, 8-megapixel front (f / 2.0), wireless modules Wi-Fi 802 / 11ac (2.4 / 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack, and a 3300 mAh battery with 18 W fast charging. The smartphone is running a proprietary shell ZUI 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
The only good news is more or less adequate price tags: the base version from 6/64 GB is estimated at $ 202, and the older one with 6/128 GB will be offered at $ 280. The start of sales Lenovo Z5 is scheduled for June 12.
Lenovo Z5 disappointed many because the Lenovo management promised much more than they could. But apparently, the smartphone is not bad.
If the device did not have a cutout at the top of the screen, and the frames were as thin as the renderer, it would be better. Demonstrate how the smartphone looks from all sides.
